The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the center of Viseu. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms and bathroom are spotless. The complimentary breakfast on the third floor is a great perk. it's a highly recommended place to stay with excellent customer service.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I loved being able to walk to all the beautiful patisseries nearby. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The room was spacious and clean, and the housekeeping kept it impeccable. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and I appreciated the tour assistance offered by the hotel. The room amenities were great, including the flat-screen TV and the comfortable bed. I had a fantastic experience here!

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel right in the town center, very close to everything you need. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, right on the central square and a short walk to the old center of town. The breakfast provided was abundant and varied. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a hotel that had an amazing location right on the central square. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, especially the lovely patisseries. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh fruit, breads, and pastries. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and there was even a private car park nearby.
The view from the room was very limited.
